We have been keeping native Irish honey bees for 10 years and are now increasing the number of hives and honey production. We have been selling our honey locally on a small scale and are now venturing into selling honey online. We have one claim to fame, we were awarded the Supreme Run Honey at the Clonmel Honey show in 2017. Our philosophy is to keep the bees with minimal interference and they are not treated with chemicals against disease, they are also left with their own honey for the winter which means that we only actually harvest about 75% or the amount that we could. We will soon be selling bees and breeding open mated native Irish queen bees for sale over the next year or so.
